<ul><li>Analyze demand and supply data to support purchasing decisions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create, process, and track purchase orders</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review accounts payable (AP) invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments to support procurement and operational needs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with general purchasing and procurement-related administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>
<div>Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently, and learn quickly</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong typing skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic record systems</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments</li></ul></div>
