We are looking for a skilled and passionate Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us turn our clients&rsquo; dream homes into reality.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works.</li><li>Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.</li><li>Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.</li><li>Manage and supervise site labor, ensuring productivity and resolving technical issues.</li><li>Track material requirements and usage, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.</li><li>Attend site meetings and update management on project progress and challenges.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>0-2 years of experience in residential or luxury construction projects (turnkey experience preferred).</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory standards in Bangalore.</li><li>Two-Wheeler is Needed for Commutation Within the Bangalore Sites.</li></ul>Why Join Ciara Homes?<ul><li>Work on premium residential projects with a focus on quality and innovation.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-evolving company that values excellence and transparency.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>A collaborative and dynamic work environment</li></ul>Compensation:&#8377; 15,000 &ndash; &#8377; 25,000 per month (based on experience) + site allowancesLanguages Preferred:<ul><li>Kannada</li><li>English</li><li>Hindi</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a bike?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
