This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while contributing to a dynamic team environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, enhancing their overall experience through attentive service.</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours using effective time management skills.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.</li><li>Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet beverage service as needed.</li><li>Follow all food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements; certification may be preferred.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
