Installation &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Install, inspect, and test air conditioning and refrigeration systems (Split, Cassette, VRV/VRF, Package Units, Chillers, Cold Rooms, etc.).</li><li>Assist in system commissioning, balancing, and troubleshooting during setup.</li></ul>2. Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance<ul><li>Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and repair faults in compressors, motors, electrical controls, gas charging, filters, and piping.</li><li>Maintain optimum performance and energy efficiency of all systems.</li></ul>3. Breakdown &amp; Emergency Repairs<ul><li>Respond promptly to breakdown calls and ensure quick restoration of equipment.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of service and repair history.</li></ul>4. Monitoring &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Regularly monitor temperature, pressure, and humidity levels.</li><li>Maintain logbooks for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, refrigerators, and other cooling equipment.</li><li>Prepare and submit maintenance reports and equipment checklists.</li></ul>5. Vendor &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, gas refilling, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).</li><li>Manage inventory of refrigerants, filters, and consumables.</li></ul>6. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow all safety protocols related to handling refrigerants and electrical components.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental standards and energy efficiency guidelines.</li><li>Participate in fire and safety drills as per company policy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Maintenance Executive: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
