We are looking for a talented legal assistant to support two attorneys.We have been in business for 35 years, and we thoroughly enjoy what we do.This position is for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting a highly skilled and professional legal team, and would enjoy working for a firm with a family-owned feel where people treat each other with respect, concern, and warmth.Our Legal Assistant will partner with our attorneys in managing our work on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate financing, and transactional matters.What You Bring to The Table&middot; Commercial Real Estate/Bank related to mortgages experience- Experience with title insurance policies- Experience with recordings, filings, preparing packages for lenders&middot; Paralegal experience for a commercial real estate and M &amp; A highly desired&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree&middot; Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and good driving record&middot; Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&middot; Detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.&middot; Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.Generous salary based on experience - $30 - $40/hourBenefits Include:Vacation, sick time, holidays, health insurance, 401K with 3% match, free parking, flexible schedule, opportunity for advancement and to be mentored by two experienced attorneysWe would be delighted to talk with you about our firm and all that we have to offer you!
