POSITION SUMMARY:</b></h1><p>
As a Sales Coordinator within our senior living community, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition for residents into our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the move-in process, from initial contact with prospective residents and their families to facilitating the move itself. You will serve as a compassionate guide and support system, ensuring that each resident feels welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout the transition period.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</b></h1><ul><li>Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families during the move-in process.</li><li>Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, maintenance) to ensure a seamless transition for residents.</li><li>Assist residents with completing necessary paperwork and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate moving logistics, including scheduling movers, arranging transportation, and coordinating with maintenance staff for any necessary preparations in the resident's new home.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to residents and their families as they navigate the move-in process.</li><li>Conduct thorough orientations for new residents, introducing them to staff members, amenities, and community policies.</li><li>Address any questions or concerns that residents may have during the orientation process.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to residents and their families as they settle into their new environment.</li><li>Serve as a resource for residents, helping with navigating community resources and services.</li><li>Cultivate positive relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of trust</li></ul><p>
and confidence in our community.</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote resident satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Attends training courses at community and maintains up to date monthly, quarterly, annual training through designated Learning Management System (LMS).</li><li>Other duties as assigned, and which relate to the success of the community and the care, comfort, and happiness of our residents.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS:</b></h1><ul><li>Education: Associates' degree in Sales and Marketing or related field required.</li><li>Two + years&rsquo; experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality, particularly within the senior living industry, is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.</li><li>Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.</li><li>Must have strong understanding of the English language, sufficient to read and write.</li></ul><p>

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h1><ul><li>Walk/Stand &ndash; must be able to continuously walk and stand.</li><li>Environment Condition &ndash; must be able to perform work both inside and outside.</li><li>Sit &ndash; sit infrequently.</li><li>Lift - constantly 0-10 pounds, frequently 11 &ndash; 50 pounds, occasionally 51 &ndash; 100 pounds.</li><li>Carry - constantly 0-10 pounds, frequently 11 &ndash; 50 pounds, occasionally 51 &ndash; 100 pounds.</li><li>Push - constantly 0-10 pounds, frequently 11 &ndash; 50 pounds, occasionally 51 &ndash; 100 pounds.</li><li>Climb &ndash; must be able to climb stairs on a frequent basis, with the opportunity to utilize the elevator as an alternate resource if available.</li><li>Bend &ndash; must be able to bend at the waist, knees, hips, and spine on a frequent basis; may require frequently manipulating weights of 25 pounds or more.</li><li>Squat &ndash; must be able to squat on a frequent basis to reach below the knee, may require lifting of 50 pounds or less.</li></ul></div>
