Position Summary:
The Overnight Security Officer at Symphony Park is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, its residents, and staff during the night. This role requires vigilance, quick response capabilities, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Essential Job Functions:
Patrolling and Monitoring:<ul><li>
Conduct regular patrols of the property, including buildings and grounds.</li><li>
Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms and unusual activities.</li></ul>
Access Control:<ul><li>
Manage entry points to ensure only authorized personnel and residents have access.</li><li>
Monitor visitor access, including logging details and issuing visitor passes.</li></ul>
Emergency Response:<ul><li>
Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.</li><li>
For non-medical emergencies, report the issue immediately to the on call maintenance technician or Director of Engineering.
</li><li>Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.</li></ul>
Incident Reporting:<ul><li>
Document all security incidents and irregularities in detail.</li><li>
Prepare reports for management regarding security status and incidents.</li></ul>
Safety Measures:<ul><li>
Ensure all safety protocols are followed.</li><li>
Regularly inspect safety equipment like fire extinguishers and alarm systems.</li></ul>
Communication:<ul><li>
At all times, answer the provided Security Officer phone and address all resident concerns. Tirage incidents as necessary, call management when issues are not able to be resolved.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and emergency personnel.</li><li>
Provide assistance and information to residents and staff during the night.</li></ul>
Experience Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Training in security operations and safety management.</li><li>
Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.</li><li>
Good observational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to act calmly and effectively in emergency situations.</li></ul>

Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout Symphony Park. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>
Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up rooms. Ensure that all areas, including residences and common areas, are maintained to the highest standards.</li><li>
Standard cleaning will occur for each residence on a weekly basis. Deep cleaning including but not limited to baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans will occur on a monthly basis.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping employees, and other Symphony Park employees. Report any issues or deficiencies to the Director of Housekeeping. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.</li><li>
Quality Control: Follow all cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure consistency and quality. Respond to feedback and adjust cleaning methods as needed. Residential cleaning is subject to quality checks to ensure adherence to Symphony Park standards.</li><li>
Resident Relations: Interact professionally with residents, ensuring their housekeeping needs are met and addressing any specific requests or concerns.</li><li>
Equipment and Supplies Management: Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies. Inform the Director of any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.</li><li>
Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.</li><li>
Attends training courses at community and maintains up to date monthly, quarterly, and annual training.</li></ul>
Daily tasks specific to this role may include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Floor surfaces- Clean all floor surfaces resulting in a clean and sanitary manner Including but not limited to the following:</li><li>
1. Vacuuming of carpeted floor surfaces throughout.</li><li>
2. Sweeping and mopping various floor surfaces throughout common areas and buildings.</li><li>
3. Shampooing carpets according to schedule.</li><li>
4. Shampooing carpets in resident apartments as needed.</li><li>
Daily removal of trash and recycling from all buildings.</li><li>
Organizing and maintaining janitor closets.</li><li>
Housekeeping duties as needed.</li><li>
Work on assigned tasks that come through the work order system.</li><li>
Put away monthly supplies.</li><li>
Assisting with Deep Cleans including moving furniture away from walls as needed, wiping down windows, high/low dusting, wiping down porches, and spot cleaning carpets.</li><li>
Pressure washing cushions as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Cleaning upholstery as needed.</li><li>Changing out Detergents from washers on a regular basis.</li></ul><ul><li>
Maintaining elevators which include keeping tracks clean, wiping stainless steel and walls along with the floors being swept and mopped throughout.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned, and which relate to the success of the community and the care, comfort, and happiness of our residents.</li></ul>
Experience Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
At least 2 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred.</li><li>
Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Ability to complete and pass forklift certification when hired.</li></ul>

POSITION: Sales Counselor
REPORTS TO: Marketing Director
FLSA: Exempt
OUR MISSION: We focus on providing genuine hospitality and five-star quality care.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Counselor will provide support to the marketing director. Under limited supervision, receives walk-in/call-in visitors and uses software systems to identify and contact leads. Effectively explains and demonstrates to prospective residents and their families the benefits of residing and receiving care at the community. Communicates sales and contractual information and closes contract sales to maintain and improve occupancy levels. Solicits assistance of community staff to promote and explain community services, practices, policies, pricing, and other information necessary to close the sale.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years sales experience required; leasing, hospitality, senior living sales support experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
</li><li>Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
</li><li>Problem solver and excellent communicator.
</li><li>Proven success with organization, independent time management, and attention to detail.</li><li>Must have strong understanding of the English language, sufficient to read and write.</li></ul></div>
