If you don&rsquo;t, then don&rsquo;t waste either of our time.If you want to be part of an amazing team, please keep reading -Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled technician to lead the fabrication of pressure washing trailers, skids and other builds/projects. This position is very self-sufficient, and you will work under the supervision of the business owner so self-motivation is a must. The ideal candidate is proficient in MIG/TIG/Aluminum, can read &amp; understand schematics, and has experience working in a deadline driven environment delivering welded metal parts. You will play a key role in delivering reliable components within the quickly growing pressure washing industry. Ability to understand and work a hydraulic shear, press brake, iron worker, and CNC plasma &amp; laser table IS REQUIRED.Ideal Candidates:<ul><li>Ability to work proficiently under little/no supervision.</li><li>Ability and experience being a lead with 1-5 employees under you</li><li>MIG/TIG Aluminum</li><li>Safely and accurately work a hydraulic shear, press brake, iron worker, CNC plasma &amp; laser table.</li><li>Locating and retrieving hardware, parts, and tools.</li><li>Measuring, marking, cutting, and welding metal components based on provided specifications.</li><li>Professionally communicating with the fabrication team and main shop to gain critical information on assignments.</li><li>Maintaining an organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines.</li><li>Collaborating with our team members and providing insight to your supervisor.</li><li>Completing metal fabrication assignments within a timely manner.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.</li><li>Ability to look ahead and ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time to avoid delays</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Experience as a welding / fabrication technician</li><li>Familiarity with schematics, tools, and nomenclature</li><li>Ability to understand and attend to technical issues that arise during the fabrication process</li><li>Effective communication skills to interact with team members</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check / drug screening.</li></ul>Job Info:<ul><li>Starting Pay: $25.00+ per hour based on experience, attitude, and performance</li><li>Expected hours: 40 per week, unlimited overtime if employee wants it &amp; they are producing products effectively</li><li>Benefits: Flexible schedule, Paid time off, 401k with 3% matching, health insurance, life insurance, dental/vision, weekly pay</li><li>Flexible Schedule: 8 Hours (Day Shift) Monday to Friday - weekends available.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
