Opportunity for growth within the company is available to those willing to take on the challenge and commitment required to succeed in such a competitive industry.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Complete work order inputting, verifying the traveler report by technician, and confirming write up matches the material requisition</li><li>Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier contracts.</li><li>Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to optimize cost and quality.</li><li>Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure necessary parts are available for scheduled repairs and servicing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and company procurement policies.</li><li>Maintain updated vendor and parts databases, including pricing and lead times.</li><li>Assist with inventory management to prevent shortages or overstocking of critical components.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document organization.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management.</li><li>Maintain records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and physical).</li><li>Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and record-keeping.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of aircraft parts, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations, and FAA regulations is a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced aviation environment.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>1+ years of clerical or administrative experience preferred.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Full-time position in an office setting, with possible visits to the maintenance facility or warehouse.</li><li>May require occasional overtime based on aircraft maintenance schedules and urgent part requirements.</li><li>Requires sitting for long periods and handling repetitive tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
