<div>Senior Manager, Field Marketing

Senior Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various local markets, aimed at driving real estate agent adoption of Cinch Home Services products. In this role, the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, will collaborate with sales teams, manage local marketing initiatives, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results, all while ensuring alignment with Cinch's brand and overall marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in field marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Campaign Development and Execution:</li></ul>

Lead the development and execution of localized field marketing campaigns across different regions, including targeted events, digital advertising, and grassroots initiatives to generate leads and drive agent engagement with Cinch products.
<ul><li>Sales Enablement:</li></ul>

Collaborate closely with Cinch sales teams and partner Real Estate Agents to provide them with effective marketing materials, training, and support to enhance their ability to sell Cinch Home Services solutions.
<ul><li>Market Analysis and Insights:</li></ul>

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and campaign targeting.
<ul><li>Budget Management:</li></ul>

Manage field marketing budget effectively, allocating funds across different initiatives while ensuring ROI and maximizing campaign impact.
<ul><li>Partner Management:</li></ul>

Build and maintain relationships with key local partners, including industry associations, community organizations, and event organizers, to leverage opportunities for promotion and outreach.
<ul><li>Performance Measurement and Reporting:</li></ul>

Track campaign performance using relevant metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
<ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Required Skills and Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field</li></ul>
<ul><li>8+ years in marketing and sales experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience in building and launching effective field marketing and enablement programs and strategies, preferably within the real estate industry</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management techniques</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI</li></ul>
<ul><li>SEO, PPC, CRM tools, marketing automation, or analytics platforms</li></ul>

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences. This individual will not only craft high-quality designs but also lead customer research initiatives and establish a scalable design system to ensure consistency across our digital ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver experiences that delight customers and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead and conduct end-to-end customer research projects, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies.</li>
<li>Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that directly inform product strategy and design decisions.</li>
<li>Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs across responsive web and mobile platforms.</li>
<li>Establish, maintain, and evolve a design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across digital products.</li>
<li>Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented with a high degree of fidelity.</li>
<li>Advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their voice is integrated into every stage.</li>
<li>Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.</li>
<li>Proven experience designing for web and mobile applications, ideally in an eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and analyze customer research projects.</li>
<li>Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Proficiency with prototyping and testing tools (e.g., InVision, Maze, UserTesting.com).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating in agile product development environments.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience leading workshops and design sprints.</li>
<li>Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.) to complement qualitative insights.</li>
<li>Background in psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields.</li>
</ul>
