 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 Own the candidate relationship from first call through offer acceptance:

 Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Support offer negotiations and close placements
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding
 </li>

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

 1&ndash;4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive

 Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Coachable mindset
 </li>
