About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive / Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure to real-world financial management and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records</li><li>Handle general ledger accounting and bank reconciliations</li><li>Prepare basic financial reports and statements</li><li>Ensure timely GST filing, TDS compliance, and maintenance of statutory records</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances</li><li>Manage PF and ESI filings and related compliance activities</li><li>Support audits and internal financial reviews</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records as per company and statutory requirements</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Strong understanding of basic accounting principles</li><li>Mandatory knowledge or hands-on experience in GST and TDS</li><li>Familiarity with PF and ESI compliance processes</li><li>Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Excel</li><li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Willingness to learn and adapt quickly</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Basic understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</li><li>Eligibility: 1-2 Years Experienced</li><li>Work Location: Kakkanad, Kochi</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
