Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you&rsquo;ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.</p><p>
Key Responsibilities Include:</p><ul><li>
Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.</li><li>
Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>
Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.</li><li>
Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills/Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><p>
Required</p><ul><li>
Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree within six months</li></ul><p>
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:</p><ul><li>
Have an active driver's license</li><li>
Be at least 21 years of age</li><li>
Obtain a DOT medical certification</li><li>
Provide documentation regarding their previous employment</li></ul><p>
Preferred</p><ul><li>
Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role</li><li>
A business or otherwise related academic major</li><li>
A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities</li></ul><p>
Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program</p></div></div></div><p></p><p><br>
