&#12539;Language: English<ul><li>&#65038; Key Responsibilities</li><li>Perform daily and advanced network implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Support WAN, MAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco ACI, load balancers, firewalls, proxies, and DNS.</li><li>Provide peer review for engineering implementations.</li><li>Analyze and resolve network issues using monitoring tools and packet analysis.</li><li>Maintain network security and ensure compliance with security standards.</li><li>Manage and optimize DNS (BlueCat) and monitoring tools such as Extrahop, Splunk, SolarWinds, OpsRamp, BackBox.</li><li>Escalate production issues to engineering or management as needed.</li><li>Maintain documentation and diagrams for supported systems.</li><li>Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation.</li><li>Support network standardization and improvement across data centers and remote offices.</li></ul><ul><li>&#65038; The right candidate will possess:</li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise-scale network operations.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-layer network issues.</li><li>Experience in fast-paced financial or real-time environments.</li><li>Strong communication and technical coordination skills.</li></ul><ul><li>&#65038; Required Qualifications &amp; Skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in mission-critical network support.</li><li>Experience with Cisco ACI, routers/switches, F5 LTM/GTM, Fortinet firewalls, proxies.</li><li>Basic Windows/Linux OS administration skills.</li><li>Basic scripting and automation knowledge.</li><li>Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with SSL/PKI, Cisco ISE, BlueCAT DDI.</li></ul>
