The Preserve at Normandale Lake is a 179-unit apartment community located in Bloomington, where outdoor enjoyment meets urban elegance. The Central is a 49-unit boutique community with ultra-efficient apartments located in south Minneapolis.</div>

<ul><li>Dependable, and personable team members</li>
<li>High school diploma and one to three years of related experience</li>
<li>Open availability for on call and snow removal</li>
<li>Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart</li>
<li>Current driver&rsquo;s license with minimal violations is required.</li>

<div></div><div><div><b>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Provides exceptional service to our residents by completing work orders in a timely and proficient manner</li>
<li>May be responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive and emergency maintenance, including snow removal</li>
<li>Engages in ground maintenance activities such as parking lot maintenance, exterior building maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, landscaping, removing/spraying weeds, and raking/disposing of lawn refuse</li>
<li>May engage in painting, carpentry, and flooring repair</li>
<li>Responsible for pool maintenance and cleaning which may include the use of a pressure washer with acid</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environment</li>
<li>Absorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, State Tenant Landlord Act, and the Federal and State Safety Regulations</li>
</ul><div>What you need for success:</div>
<ul><li>Experience preferred in general maintenance</li>
<li>Punctual and regular attendance is an essential function of this role</li>
<li>Must have ability to be on call for emergency situations, including snow removal</li>
<li>Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart</li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools, power tools, power washer, snow blowers, trucks and/or tractors with snow blades, ladders, riding lawn mowers and lifts</li>
<li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and retain a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and electronic form.</li>
<li>Current drivers license with minimal violations is required. Current coworkers may be required to obtain additional licenses such as CPR</li>
