   Oncology Nurse must possess the goal of helping patients overcome health care system barriers and facilitate timely access to centre based services.
  </li>
  <li>
   Meet and interact with patients and their families to discover, define, act on and/or report causes of health problems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated excellence in nursing assessment, treatment planning and problem-solving skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to deal effectively with change within the unstructured nature of health coaching and remain focused and perform other related work as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring OT sterility, safety and infection control
  </li>
  <li>
   Handling OT supplies, equipment and inventory
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing emergency situations like code blues in OT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining records, reports and quality checks.
  </li>
