The Woodbridge Office is looking for a General Liability Partner to join our growing team.</div><div></div><div><br>
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Evaluate new files.</li><li>
Client communications.</li><li>
Discovery production.</li><li>
Research and prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law.</li><li>
Prepare and argue discovery.</li><li>
Substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals.</li><li>
Attend pretrial listings.</li><li>
Motions and trial.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Position Requirements:</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in New Jersey.</li><li>
At least 5 years of litigation experience is required. Book of existing work a plus but not required.</li><li>
Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability preferred. Trial experience preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.</li><li>
Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

This is a hybrid position.</div><div></div><div><br>
The salary rage for this position is $100,000-$150,000 and represents C&amp;W&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.</div><div></div><div><br>
