The Cyber Group in our Philadelphia, PA Office is looking for a Cyber Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
<ul><li>
Assisting attorneys in everyday tasks.</li><li>
Conduct intake process for new matters.</li><li>
Profiling and organization of e-mails and documents in Prolaw.</li><li>
Scheduling of conference calls, video conferences and other meetings via Teams as needed.</li><li>
Opening, maintaining, and closing of Prolaw matters.</li><li>
Creating, editing, and finalizing documents in MS Word through Prolaw in a variety of ways.</li><li>
Data entry of calendar events.</li><li>
Review, track, and communicate calendar events on a regular basis with attorney(s) and/or forensic vendors.</li><li>
Enter billable time entries into Prolaw.</li><li>
Proofread prepared materials for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and content.</li></ul> 
Position Requirements:<ul><li>
High School diploma required.</li><li>
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.</li><li>
Computer skills preferred; data entry and/or billing experience preferred.</li><li>
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.</li><li>
Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.</li></ul>

This is a remote position. Must be able to work 12pm-8pm EST. 
The salary range for this position is $40,000-$42,000 and represents C&amp;W&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
