We are looking for a fast-paced individual who has experience assembling orders and is passionate in making a difference in their place of work and loves small businesses and wants to grow alongside a business. At Circle &amp; Square, we create custom calendars &amp; boards for families!Work Schedule<ul><li>Part Time - 20-25 weekly hours, about 3-4 days a week</li><li>No weekends. Part-time position.</li><li>Day shift only and between the hours of about 9am-2pm.</li></ul>Snacks and lunch items are provided every day. Paid break time.Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Commit to a shift and arrive on time.</li><li>Great teamwork attitude</li><li>Commit to a shift and arrive on time.</li><li>Quality check order specifications</li><li>Correctly fulfill customer order specifications</li><li>Frame and bag up products to be delivered to customers</li><li>Print and attach shipping labels</li><li>Keep work station clean and orderly, with tools and materials organized in their proper place at the end of each day.</li><li>Return incorrect and poor quality pieces to be redone on the press.</li><li>Hold co-workers accountable to quality and speed requirements.</li><li>Take care of our customers by providing excellent quality and fast service.</li><li>Ask questions if customer instructions/specifications are not clear.</li><li>Make sure team orders get out on time</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Flexible to do other tasks if needed since we're a small team. We're all a team and help each other out in getting things done! Whether that be helping organize supplies, create shipping labels, organizing/cleaning the shop, or helping clean raw material to prepare for printing.</li></ul>Position Qualifications<ul><li>Good eye for quality control (ex: see and remove dust during framing.)</li><li>Hard worker and flexibility in roles (we're a small team and help each other)</li><li>Read and comprehend English instructions on orders.</li><li>Good coordination with hands and eyes.</li><li>Naturally good with using computers.</li><li>Great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.</li><li>Able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.</li><li>Be able to work successfully with deadlines and quotas.</li><li>Be able to work in a team environment or alone.</li><li>You will be on your feet the majority of the day creating calendars - this isn't a boring sit-down at a computer job! :)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What interests you most about this job and why would you be a good fit?
