 We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Outpatients department.
 
 
 This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
 
 
 
 Duties Of This Role Include
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor vital signs, recognise changes in condition, and escalate appropriately using clinical judgement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with hospital policies and the NMC Code.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, care plans, and observations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all care provided complies with NMC standards, clinical governance requirements, and hospital policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with hospital procedures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a relevant specialty desirable (e.g., surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, critical care).

We have an opportunity for a Radiographer to join their team of staff in the Imaging department.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:<ul><li>
Perform a wide range of diagnostic radiographic procedures (e.g., general X-rays, theatre, fluoroscopy, mobiles) following referral and imaging protocols.</li><li>
Ensure high-quality images are produced to support accurate diagnosis, minimising the need for repeat exposures.</li><li>
Adapt techniques to meet the needs of individual patients, including paediatrics, bariatrics, and patients with limited mobility</li><li>
Provide a safe, dignified, and person-centred service, ensuring patients are informed, comfortable, and reassured throughout their examination.</li><li>
Monitor patients&rsquo; conditions during procedures and respond appropriately to any signs of deterioration.</li><li>
Ensure equipment is checked, maintained, and used safely and effectively, reporting faults promptly.</li><li>
Assist in the implementation and use of new imaging technologies, techniques, and digital systems (e.g., PACS, RIS).</li><li>
Work closely with radiologists, consultants, nurses, porters, and admin teams to coordinate care efficiently and maintain smooth patient pathways.</li></ul>
Applicants should meet the following criteria:<ul><li>
BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.</li><li>
HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer.</li><li>
Experience in general radiographic techniques and equipment.</li><li>
Good understanding of IR(ME)R, health &amp; safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality requirements.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team</li><li>
Postgraduate experience or additional training in a specialist area (e.g., CT, MRI, theatre imaging, mammography) desirable.</li></ul>
