Merchandising: Monitors and ensures that product areas are stocked, rotated and displayed to ensure freshness, appeal and easy customer access.<ul><li>

Customer Satisfaction: Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.<ul><li>
Greets customers as they enter the area and thanks customers as they leave.</li><li>
Resolves or assists to resolve routine customer concerns within established guidelines.</li><li>
Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.</li></ul>
Facility Condition: Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.<ul><li>
Sweeping and mopping or cleaning floors.</li><li>
Dusting and/or washing windows, counters, displays, store areas and bathrooms.</li><li>
Picking up and disposing of trash, litter or debris.</li><li>

Circle K is seeking a talented Sr. Litigation Counsel to join the U.S. Legal Team reporting to the Director of Litigation - Global. The selected candidate will have discerning judgment and provide legal and administrative support on litigation matters in the U.S. and provide direct management of outside panel. The ideal candidate is determined, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to assisting us to meet all of the Company&rsquo;s litigation needs. In addition to the litigation focused role of this position, additional weight will be given to those candidates that have experience in other subjective matter areas such as contract review and negotiation, marketing, procurement and data privacy.
The Job Responsibilities for this position will include:
Corporate Litigation Matters<ul><li>
Assist Director of Litigation &ndash; Global with corporate litigation and management of outside panel counsel.</li><li>
Independently manage a portfolio of corporate litigation matters.</li><li>
Help with the development of programs and policies to reduce exposure to general liability (and other) claims.</li><li>
Support litigation and other adversarial matters in close partnership with internal legal and business teams as well as outside counsel.</li><li>
Assist with development, presentation and training on litigation and compliance matters.</li><li>
Manage environmental disputes and litigation, support Environmental team with access agreements and indemnity agreements, support Facilities in fuel site closures and environmental remediation; work to reduce penalties for non-compliance</li><li>
Regularly interface with counsel to support discovery and investigations.</li><li>
Play a key role in supporting the litigation team&rsquo;s handling of complex material litigation matters, subpoena responses, and pre-litigation matters.</li><li>
Conduct interviews, draft affidavits and otherwise assist in the preparation of correspondence, documents and reports.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with litigation and e-discovery teams to assist in case management.</li><li>
Summarize complex legal documents/cases.</li><li>
Perform other functions such as conducting research, proofreading, organizing and maintaining forms, databases and other materials.</li><li>

Asset Recovery/Collections<ul><li>

Serve as integral part of collectability analysis.</li><li>
Track matters and participate in weekly update calls with outside counsel.</li><li>

Intake complaints and identify whether CK owes/is owed indemnification in the action</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Licensed to practice law in one or more states (in good standing).</li><li>

Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably at an insurance defense firm or in-house insurance claims department.</li><li>
Experience with Relativity eDiscovery platform a plus.</li><li>
