Position Duties Include</b></div><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Manage the staffing process, </b>including interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding.</li><li><b>
Ensure </b>job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li><b>
Develop training </b>materials to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.</li><li><b>
Create</b> a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep strategy up to date.</li><li><b>
Analyze </b>trends in compensation and benefits.</li><li><b>
Investigate </b>employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.</li><li><b>
Partner with management </b>to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.</li><li><b>
Conduct</b> performance and salary reviews.</li><li><b>
Provide support </b>and guidance to HR staff.</li><li><b>
Design </b>and implement employee retention strategies.</li><li><b>
Assist </b>with the full recruitment cycle.</li><li><b>
Manage </b>leave of absences/FMLA.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><div>
Qualified applicants should be comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite. Applicants should have excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. This position also requires applicants to be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged. Applicant must be willing to travel.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
