This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude who can bridge the gap between marketing and engineering. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in elevating our brand presence, refining our technical content, and driving effective campaigns that showcase our expanding capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development &amp; Management<ul><li>Create high-quality, technically accurate content highlighting manufacturing processes, quality systems, capabilities, and team expertise.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering/technical staff to ensure accuracy of technical content before publication.</li><li>Expand website product pages with accurate specs, images, and product details.</li><li>Develop new marketing materials to support product launches and expanded service offerings.</li></ul>Digital Campaign Creation &amp; SEO Performance Tracking&middot; Maximize ROI on Google Ads by designing and refining PPC campaigns with highly targeted landing pages for specialized market segments<ul><li>Track, analyze, and report lead sources, conversions, and customer acquisition value across paid and unpaid channels.</li><li>Optimize digital campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce conversion costs.</li></ul>Growth &amp; Market Expansion:<ul><li>Work closely with leadership to identify and develop strategies to aim marketing to key industries such as aerospace, government, military and medical.</li><li>Align marketing efforts with business development goals and long-term growth strategy.</li><li>Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure Circuit Assembly maintains a competitive edge.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical content.</li><li>Prior experience and proven success managing Google Ads/AdWords, SEO, and analytics tools.</li><li>Experience with trade show/event coordination a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about complex products and processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please describe your experience with Google Ads. </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Irvine, CA 92618 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
