HOW YOU BRING OUR MISSION TO LIFE:
As an Architectural Designer at Sky Zone, you&rsquo;re bringing our parks to life through thoughtful, buildable design by:
Design Development &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Developing full design packages for new builds and renovations &mdash; including test fits, final plans, and FF&amp;E selections (flooring, finishes, paint, graphics, furniture, and equipment).</li><li>
Reviewing architectural drawing sets from external firms to ensure brand consistency, code compliance, layout efficiency, and construction accuracy.</li><li>
Applying internal brand guidelines and building code knowledge to meet all required design standards.</li></ul>
Stakeholder &amp; Franchisee Engagement<ul><li>
Serving as the primary design contact for franchise partners &mdash; leading calls, presenting design concepts, and reviewing space plans in detail.</li><li>
Guiding franchisees through renovation projects with clear documentation and professional, timely communication.</li><li>
Communicating complex design and technical concepts in clear, approachable language for both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Collaborating with internal teams (construction, attractions, supply chain, engineering) and aligning with third-party vendors and consultants to ensure successful project execution.</li></ul>
Project Coordination &amp; Organization<ul><li>
Managing multiple design projects at once and prioritizing deadlines, maintaining organization, and tracking documentation with precision.</li></ul>
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:<ul><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.</li><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit through professional roles, internships, or formal coursework.</li><li>
Proficiency in 2D and 3D drawing production, with demonstrated hands-on experience.</li><li>
Space planning skills with a solid understanding of design standards and layout efficiency.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.</li><li>
Strong verbal and visual communication skills, able to present concepts clearly and confidently.</li><li>
Exceptional organization and project management, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>
Architectural drawings and construction details expertise, with the ability to both interpret and produce accurate documents.</li><li>
Fluency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.</li><li>
Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams</li><li>
Ability to remain stationary while working at a computer and communicating via phone and Teams for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li></ul>

Compensation range is $65,000-75,000 based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time employees at CircusTrix enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching. Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
