What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>1099 Independent Contractors &ndash; Be your own boss, set your own schedule!</li><li>
Flexible Hours &ndash; Work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday.</li><li>
Comfortable Working Outdoors &ndash; This role requires you to work in various weather conditions.</li><li>
Tech-Savvy &ndash; A recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing hundreds of photos.</li><li>
Computer Access &ndash; Wi-Fi-enabled for uploading data.</li><li>
Reliable Vehicle &amp; Driver's License &ndash; Travel to residential properties within your area.</li><li>
Strong Communication Skills &ndash; You're a professional and a persistent communicator. You're not someone who just disappears when things get tough.</li><li>
Microsoft Excel Familiarity &ndash; Basic computer skills are necessary for managing your inspections.</li></ul>
Compensation:
<ul><li>Independent Contractors &ndash; You get paid per inspection.</li><li>
Fees &ndash; Vary based on location and inspection type, allowing for higher earning potential as you demonstrate competency.</li></ul>
