Responsibilities of a Parts Manager entail:<ul><li>
Manage the parts department, including inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts</li><li>
Ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently</li><li>
Work closely with other departments to ensure that parts are available when needed</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors</li><li>
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure that the department is well-stocked</li><li>
Train and supervise parts department staff</li><li>
Ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored</li><li>
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the parts department</li><li>
Ensure that all parts are properly accounted for and that the department operates within budget</li><li>
Collaborate with Human Resources to interview, screen, and hire employees</li></ul>

Requirements:

The requirements to be a Parts Manager include:<ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred</li><li>
3 years of experience in parts management or a related field</li><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul></div>
