 This position is designed to provide coverage for open shifts, employee absences, vacation schedules, and other operational needs. Because assignments may vary from week to week, successful candidates must be comfortable working at different properties, adjusting to new environments, and learning multiple site procedures.

Key Responsibilities
 
Site Coverage & Patrol Duties
 
<ul>
<li>Provide security coverage at various client locations assigned</li>
<li>Fill open shifts resulting from call-offs, vacations, staffing shortages, or special coverage requests</li>
<li>Conduct interior and exterior patrols based on site requirements</li>
<li>Monitor property conditions and report safety or security concerns</li>
<li>Maintain a visible security presence to help deter unauthorized activity</li>
</ul>
Observation & Reporting
 
<ul>
<li>Observe and document unusual activity, property damage, or policy violations</li>
<li>Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation</li>
<li>Report hazards, suspicious behavior, or operational concerns promptly</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records in accordance with company procedures</li>
</ul>
Customer Service & Communication
 
<ul>
<li>Interact professionally with clients, employees, tenants, visitors, and members of the public</li>
<li>Provide directions, information, or assistance when appropriate</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with supervisors and operations personnel</li>
<li>Follow site-specific instructions and post orders at each assignment</li>

Minimum Qualifications

Operations Leadership

<li>Direct daily security operations across multiple client sites and service locations</li>
<li>Provide leadership and support to Field Supervisors and Security Officers</li>
<li>Conduct routine and unannounced site visits to evaluate service quality and operational effectiveness</li>
<li>Monitor staffing coverage and adjust resources to meet operational demands</li>
<li>Review incident activity, shift performance, and attendance trends</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company standards, post orders, and client expectations</li>
<li>Assist with operational problem-solving and emergency response coordination when necessary</li>
</ul>
Client Relations
 
<ul>
<li>Serve as a primary operational liaison for assigned accounts</li>
<li>Build and maintain productive relationships with client representatives</li>
<li>Conduct regular service reviews and operational follow-ups</li>
<li>Address escalated concerns promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Ensure contract requirements and service expectations are consistently achieved</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to strengthen client satisfaction and retention</li>

Team Development & Leadership

<li>Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce placement initiatives</li>
<li>Coach supervisors and officers to promote professional growth and accountability</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Minimum three (3) years of experience in security operations, business operations, leadership, or management</li>
