 <div>Your Role:
<ul><li>Establish strategy, direction, initiatives and standards for the function
</li><li>Overview of the daily operations including ensuring meeting of SLA&rsquo;s, client engagement, service delivery and other administrative matters
</li><li>Ensure the review of NAV&rsquo;s, capital event processes, partner capital statements and other processes related to work
</li><li>Ensure the implementation of defined procedures and compliance with Citco policies
</li><li>Talent development by recruiting, developing and assessing people through the performance appraisal system
</li><li>Develop the leadership of the function by mentoring, coaching and developing talent
</li><li>Collaborate with management in achieving the company and function objectives
</li><li>Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and key metrics reporting

 <div>About You:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting
</li><li>Professional accounting qualification &ndash; CA, CPA, ACCA or similar
</li><li>Relevant experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration
</li><li>Experienced in reviewing NAV&rsquo;s and other fund accounting related deliverables
</li><li>Experience in leading a large or moderately large team
</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills
</li><li>Team player with collaborative skills and an open thinking mindset

As a core member of our Enterprise Platform and Engineering IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Citco seeks a highly skilled technical lead to spearhead the development of a common enterprise pipeline tool, define CI/CD strategy, and drive adoption across our organization. This role merges deep technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring that our pipeline solutions support all our current and future needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building large, scalable Jenkins infrastructure and is a creative thinker, problem solver, teacher, learner and should have excellent collaboration skills. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on developing the next generation enterprise pipeline infrastructure.
This position reports to the SVP of Enterprise Architecture and Platform Engineering and is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and someone who has that unique combination of technical savvy and interpersonal skills.</div>
 <div>Your Role:
<ul><li>You will be responsible to lead the design and implement a unified enterprise pipeline framework leveraging Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, or other relevant tools.
</li><li>Build a scalable Jenkins platform that can handle multiple concurrent jobs and service all IT teams.
</li><li>Assess emerging CI/CD technologies, recommend improvements, and drive tool adoption across teams.
</li><li>Lead a team of developers and devops engineers to build a robust Jenkins platform
</li><li>Define deliverables and timelines and be responsible for ensuring these are met on time.
</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, align on strategy, and champion DevOps culture.
</li><li>Pipeline administration and ensure all teams utilise Infrastructure as Code to effect change and that the environment features the required controls and audit components to validate resource compliance
</li><li>Provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching for all staff and foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, innovation and collaboration
</li><li>Define and implement all operational components required to proactively monitor and manage the production environment, identify operational issues and maintain efficient operations
</li><li>Lead team through all service disruptions to ensure services are restored; drive root cause analysis and remediation initiatives post any service disruption
</li><li>Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards across the pipeline ecosystem.
</li><li>Identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and push for end-to-end automation in the deployment process</li></ul></div>
 <div>About You:
<ul><li>Strong background in Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and other CI/CD tools. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or equivalent cloud/DevOps tech is a plus.
</li><li>Solid coding skills (e.g., Python, Node.js) and a solid grasp of version control (Git).
</li><li>3+ years of experience in leading and managing a team and accountable for deliverables.
</li><li>Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud providers. Strong understanding of IaC principles.
</li><li>Experience of Automating Infrastructure deployment
</li><li>Demonstrate hands on working knowledge with AWS and its services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Python and Aurora
</li><li>Experience in Software-Defined-Networks, Software-Defined-Data-Centers, Virtual Private Clouds and other core network technology
</li><li>Experienced with DevOps &amp; ITIL.

<ul><li>Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients;
</li><li>Consolidation and validation review of functional handovers across teams and locations
</li><li>Preparation and/or review of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
</li><li>Valuation of hedge fund portfolio holdings
</li><li>Analysis of fund performance and prepare performance/P and L related reports
</li><li>Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding client service agreements
</li><li>Escalate priority issues to supervisor and/or assistant vice president in a timely and detailed manner
</li><li>Maintaining day-to-day relationships with Citco Internal COE and non-COE teams including Operational Support, Middle Office, Pricing, Investor Relations and Relationship Management Fund Accounting teams
</li><li>Support queries from external parties, including clients, auditors and other advisors
</li><li>Maintain a current and thorough understanding of applicable best practice policies and client specific agreements.
