 <div>Your Role:
<ul><li>Oversee and support a team of analysts, to ensure Service Level Agreements are met in an effective and efficient fashion.
</li><li>Escalate client or staffing issues to your Manager in a timely manner.
</li><li>Work with your Manager on KRIs and KPIs and collaborate on mitigating plans around risk and resource constraints.
</li><li>Liaise with service providers, vendors, agents, counterparties and clients to ensure the timely resolution of issues and exceptions.
</li><li>Review and assess the materiality of portfolio risk with respect to unsupported cash and position differences, as part of the sign off process.
</li><li>Contribute towards projects and initiatives that aim to drive the business forward, as it relates to Loan Administration and processing.
</li><li>Engage in the migration of tasks from other locations into your team, to ensure of a seamless transition, along with the conversion or launches of any new clients, as it relates to Loan holdings.
</li><li>Actively engage in staff development conversations with the analyst team on a regular basis, to ensure members of the team understand their goals and continuously working towards them.

<ul><li>Bachelor or Master level degree.
</li><li>4+ years in Financial Services with experience in leading people
</li><li>Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.

<ul><li>Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients;
</li><li>Consolidation and validation review of functional handovers across teams and locations
</li><li>Preparation and/or review of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
</li><li>Valuation of hedge fund portfolio holdings
</li><li>Analysis of fund performance and prepare performance/P and L related reports
</li><li>Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding client service agreements
</li><li>Escalate priority issues to supervisor and/or assistant vice president in a timely and detailed manner

 <div>About You:
<ul><li>Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification
</li><li>2-3 years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/ or hedge fund industry is an advantage

<ul><li>You will conduct initial review and input of the set-up of new (customer, Nostro and internal) accounts in T24 following received instruction on classification of the underlying client/counterparty or categorization of the data.
</li><li>Initial review and input of required maintenance to the underlying client/counterparty account conditions like static data, interest condition, schedule and settlement instruction applying to the account
</li><li>Initial review and input of the set-up of new non-KYC requiring customer records in T24 based on the details as per received request
</li><li>Initial review and input of simple parameter change requests received from the various business streams to apply to the system
</li><li>Assist in testing of enhanced parameter changes in UAT before promoting these changes to the production environment
</li><li>Assist in testing on any product changes of existing account products requested by the business
</li><li>Assist in testing on any new products created as per request of management based on requested functionality of the new product and it&rsquo;s specific characteristics as per the design requirement document
</li><li>Complete and sign appropriate global checklists
</li><li>Correct and amend any input changes performed incorrectly initially
</li><li>Input contact updates including confirming to the business about the change that has been made
