Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet performance, transport operations, and logistics coordination in Muscat. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing vehicles, drivers, scheduling, and operational efficiency in a fast-moving environment.This is a key leadership position where you will ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient fleet operations while contributing directly to business performance and service quality.What you'll do:<ul><li>Oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, and transport scheduling</li><li>Manage driver teams and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards</li><li>Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate servicing and repairs</li><li>Optimize fuel usage, routing, and fleet efficiency to reduce operational costs</li><li>Track fleet performance and prepare operational reports for management</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and external service providers</li><li>Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies</li><li>Support continuous improvement of fleet systems and logistics processes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in fleet management, logistics, transport operations, or related fields preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to manage teams and operational schedules effectively</li><li>Basic understanding of vehicle operations and maintenance processes</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and operational environment</li><li>Leadership experience is an advantage but not mandatory</li></ul>Why work with us:<ul><li>Stable and growing organization with long-term opportunities</li><li>Leadership role with real impact on operations and efficiency</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow into senior operational leadership positions</li><li>Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: RO1,200.000 - RO2,600.000 per monthWork Location: In person
