Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing &amp; Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines visual design expertise with digital marketing skills to create compelling campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote our travel services across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and promotional materials for travel packages, events, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Manage and optimise the company website and landing pages (SEO/SEM), ensuring content is visually appealing and effective in driving traffic.</li><li>Create, edit, and enhance content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and video or motion graphics (where applicable).</li><li>Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and brand consistency.</li><li>Stay up to date with trends in design, digital marketing, and the travel industry to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in graphic/marketing design and digital marketing (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.</li><li>Experience with website platforms such as WordPress or Wix, and digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,669.14 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
