Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage interior fit-out and joinery works on site in the UAE.</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports and track project progress.</li><li>Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues.</li><li>Ensure proper installation of joinery, finishes, and fittings.</li><li>Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical details.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE site safety and quality standards.</li><li>UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
