Required a MALE Candidate.Should be ready to work in Shifts..Candidate With Immediate Joining will be preferred.<ul><li>Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferred.</li><li>Experience: 03 Years of Previous experience in a billing or similar role is highly beneficial.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting and billing software, as well as MS Office (especially Excel), is crucial.</li></ul>Billing and Invoicing:<ul><li>Collaborate with the accounts team for auditing, reporting, and financial documentation.</li><li>Assist in monthly/quarterly closing activities related to sales and billing.</li><li>Generate accurate bills and invoices.</li><li>Verify product details, pricing, discounts, taxes (GST), and customer information before finalizing transactions.</li><li>Compliance and Documentation:</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, including printed bills, tax invoices, customer receipts, and digital records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with taxation laws (like GST).</li></ul>Data Entry:<ul><li>Accurately enter and update customer data in the billing system for invoicing.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of customer and transaction data.</li></ul>Stock and Inventory Coordination:Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
