Requirements</b></h2><div><p>
High school diploma or equivalent.</p><p>
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.</p><p>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</p><p>
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p><p>

Warmly greet and welcome visitors to the dealership.</p><p>
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.</p><p>
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.</p><p>
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for management staff.</p><p>
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.</p><p>
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.</p><p>
