<div></div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<div>As a City Brew Shift Lead, you will:</div>
<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests with a positive, customer-first attitude.</li>
<li>Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items promptly and with a sense of urgency to ensure an exceptional customer experience.</li>
<li>Keep the caf&eacute; clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.</li>
<li>Provide coaching, training, and ongoing feedback.</li>
<li>Foster a positive, collaborative team environment by leading through example.</li>
<li>Demonstrate SERVE (Smile, Engage, Respect, Visible, Eager) principles in every interaction.</li>
<li>Open and close the store following company procedures.</li>
<li>Keep a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the approved dress code and maintain good personal hygiene that reflects our welcoming, customer-focused culture.</li>
<li>Oversee cash handling, bank deposits, and reconciliation procedures.</li>
<li>Encourage team participation in sales-building strategies.</li>
<li>Utilize downtime efficiently for cleaning, restocking, or others productive activities.</li>
<li>Keep a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the approved dress code and maintain good personal hygiene that reflects our welcoming, customer-focused culture.</li>
<li>Deliver on <i>The Three Things</i> every shift: Lead Service, Drive Sales, and Cash Handling.</li>
</ul><div>The tasks listed here show the main responsibilities of the role but don&rsquo;t include everything. You may be asked to take on other related duties as needed.</div>
<div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div>
<ul><li>Leadership or supervisory experience (food/beverage or retail preferred).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Reliable, positive, and passionate about coffee &amp; service.</li>
<li>A positive customer-focused attitude with a passion for coffee and people.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow, receptive feedback.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Requirements</b>:</div>
<ul><li>25 &ndash; 30 hours per week, at least 4 shifts weekly; Must also have 3-4 opens/closes weekly, including weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Availability must remain consistent for 6 months</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and from work.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Comfortable with repetitive tasks</li>
<li>Endurance to work full shifts and lift/carry supplies and equipment as needed.</li>
</ul>
