Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure continuous, efficient, and safe production.</li><li>Control the production process to meet required mix specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance of plant equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with the laboratory and quality control team to ensure asphalt mix meets project requirements.</li><li>Manage stockpiles of raw materials (aggregate, bitumen, additives) and monitor inventory levels.</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or production problems to minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records.</li><li>Supervise plant staff, drivers, and helpers, ensuring smooth coordination of work activities.</li><li>Report any breakdowns, hazards, or incidents to management promptly.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ASPLAT PLANT : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>

ASPHALT PLANT OPERATOR

Requirements:-Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Chemistry, or related field.-Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Asphalt as a laboratory technician.-Strong knowledge of lab testing procedures and equipment.-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Must have experience in UAE onlyKey Responsibilities:-Conduct lab tests on construction materials and samples.-Analyse test results and prepare detailed reports.-Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.-Collaborate with project teams to provide technical support and solutions.-Monitor and document testing processes to maintain quality control.Job Types: Temporary, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED3,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
