 Arrange and manage travel bookings and reservations for colleagues

 Develop, organize, and maintain an efficient filing system
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate processes and activities with the fleet management team
 </li>

 Maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring timely updates of databases, calendars, and related files
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage CED branches&rsquo; buffet consumption, water and electricity usage, equipment maintenance, furniture maintenance, water and sewage services, and maintain asset inventory and movement lists
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare a daily report for CED&rsquo;s office consumption
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as an SAP user and create PRs for all administration services
 </li>

 The Development Supervisor reviews, creates, tests, and provides recommendations for all drawings related to City Edge Development (CED) projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Scope
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and guidelines within procedures and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor work progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, and consolidate progress reports and presentations of the assigned projects to the department lead.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in managing the relationship with the relevant parties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for designing, creating, and testing new products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the coordination with all other departments and external parties, if any, concerning new, and ongoing developments to meet the projects&rsquo; milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the review of all design deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve required marketing material(s) related to the concerned project(s).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5-8 years of related experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in residential and commercial projects (medium-scale projects are acceptable).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of all project development stages, from concept to execution, including design coordination, authority approvals, tendering, and delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to review and assess design packages, drawings, and technical submissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of project feasibility and cost awareness.
 </li>
