Job Title: Administrative Officer/PlannerLocation: Sharjah Employment Type: Fulltime Start Date: ImmediateWe are currently seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer/Planner to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.Responsibilities:&middot; Perform general administrative duties&middot; Plan and manage schedules for cleaners and drivers&middot; Receive and coordinate client bookings&middot; Handle and monitor company petty cash&middot; Reconcile petty cash and ensure accuracy of financial records&middot; Manage daily sales collection and record transactions&middot; Oversee monthly sales collection and reporting&middot; Conduct bank reconciliations&middot; Support daily office operations and administrative needsRequirements:&middot; Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred&middot; Strong organizational and multitasking skills&middot; Excellent communication skills&middot; Basic knowledge of accounting, including petty cash handling, reconciliation, and sales recording&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines&middot; Available to start immediatelySalary: 2500 &ndash; 3000 AED depending on the experienceContract Duration: 24 monthsIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, please submit your application today!Job Type: PermanentPay: From AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Nationality?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>administrative assistant: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tagalog (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
