Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, providing high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our community. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in healthcare delivery.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status.</li><li>Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed.</li><li>Perform necessary medical procedures, including airway management, suturing, and neonatal ventilator management.</li><li>Provide urgent care services as needed, addressing immediate health concerns effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.</li><li>Engage in health coaching to promote preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices among patients.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge.</li><li>Provide occupational health services, including assessments related to workplace injuries or exposures.</li><li>Offer specialized care such as ostomy care and pulmonology services when required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with current state licensure to practice medicine.</li><li>Strong clinical skills with experience in airway management, urgent care, pulmonology, and occupational health preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in performing radiography procedures is a plus.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.</li><li>Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on medical advancements.</li><li>Experience in health coaching or research is desirable but not mandatory.</li></ul>We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional healthcare to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Physician within our organization.Job Type: Full-timePay: $188,519.00 - $200,993.00 per yearWork Location: In person
