The Salesforce Platform Administrator significantly contributes to maximizing efficiency and leveraging the full capabilities of the system to meet diverse user group needs. This role involves collaborating closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, enhance, and deploy business processes. The Salesforce Administrator assumes responsibility for the operational execution, configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the platform.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Leads user support initiatives, problem reporting and resolution, process and business rule management, and documentation for existing and new business systems.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborates with IT on resource capacity, system maintenance issues, and divisional project implementations.</div></li><li><div>
Establishes a strategic vision for the business systems technology platform.</div></li><li><div>
Researches trends in business technology innovations and makes recommendations on future directions and technical vision.</div></li><li><div>
Develops and nurtures effective working relationships with internal business partners to stay abreast of activities, business technology techniques, products, services, and trends.</div></li><li><div>
Designs the overall enhancement strategy for the business technology platform by evaluating and implementing functionality to meet and exceed end-user requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Implements cost-effective and sustainable solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Actively manages enhancement activities, providing guidance and leadership to business owners and liaising with business technology platform resources throughout the enhancement process.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of the application's capabilities and potential benefits for each business unit.</div></li><li><div>
Proactively manages version releases and maintains current knowledge of the business technology platform by engaging with internal resources.</div></li><li><div>
Communicates with end-users through video, email, group sessions, or one-on-one interactions to address specific requests, resolve system issues, or provide insights into system functionality.</div></li><li><div>
Educates business owners on the platform's advantages and its potential to address business needs or enhance processes.</div></li><li><div>
Facilitates and takes ownership of technical design documents for complex integrations; actively participates in product configuration and customization.</div></li><li><div>
Partners with Business Owners, Transformation Management Officers, and IT to deliver progress updates to senior leadership.</div></li><li><div>
Completes miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>2-4 years of Salesforce administration experience.</li><li><div>
In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems.</div></li><li><div>
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality.</div></li><li><div>
Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions.</div></li><li><div>
Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.</div></li><li><div>
Proven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool.</div></li><li><div>
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality.</div></li><li><div>
Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook.</div></li><li><div>
Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications.</div></li></ul>
Education:

 Trade Services Product Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, managing the profit and loss (P&amp;L), and ensuring operational excellence for the bank's Core Trade business. This role oversees the end-to-end execution of trade transactions including letters of credit, collections, guarantees, and related financing while ensuring adherence to international regulations, ICC rules, and internal risk policies. In addition to functional leadership, this role directly supervises the Trade Services team, providing direction, guidance, and oversight to ensure effective daily operations and alignment with business objectives.

 The Trade Services Product Manager also plays a pivotal role in the strategic development, management, and enhancement of Core Trade Services products to ensure they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving market needs. For the implementation and launch of new trade products or enhancements, the role collaborates closely with Operations and Technology, internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors, leading product initiatives and supporting the design and implementation of a complete service framework to strengthen the bank's trade services offering.

   Lead and oversee all Trade Services processing activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design and implement operational policies, procedures, controls, and service standards in alignment with the bank&rsquo;s processes, international rules, and market practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain Product Programs and framework documentation for the Trade Services product offering.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the governance, oversight, and continuous enhancement of all Trade Services solutions, processes, and procedures to maintain full compliance with internal risk policies, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules (UCP 600, URC 522, URDG 758, ISP98), and applicable international regulations; exercise judgment in identifying, escalating, and addressing complex compliance or regulatory issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise with internal stakeholders including business units, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and Operations leadership to support governance, audits, and process improvements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure necessary guidelines and procedures are in place for day-to-day Trade Services and Trade Finance operations, guiding staff through complex cases and supporting effective resolution of documentation, processing, or settlement issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, error rates, discrepancy rates, and SLA adherence; develop action plans to improve performance and operational quality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and strengthen entitlements and escalation processes to ensure appropriate authorization of complex and/or high‑value transactions, proper documentation, and adherence to trade regulations and bank policies.
  </li>

   Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Corporate Banking, and Commercial Banking to support smooth trade execution, identify opportunities for product expansion, develop new client solutions, and enhance service delivery.

   More than 10 years experience in Trade product management, product development, structuring or operations with extensive exposure to documentary credits, collections, guarantees, and trade documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   2-4 years experience with process redesign and launching of new products.
  </li>
  <li>
   Extensive knowledge of Core Trade Services products, including Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, and trade‑related financing structures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and guide teams, driving performance, setting clear expectations, delegating effectively, and fostering a high‑performing culture.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong professional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, correspondent banks, regulators, and auditors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced understanding of global sanctions, AML/KYC regulatory requirements, and international frameworks governing trade operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment, evaluate complex scenarios, strengthen controls, and advance continuous process improvement.
