Key Responsibilities</i></b><br>
<ul><li>
Responds to public and internal service requests in person, via telephone, internet, e-mail or mail.</li><li>
Assists customers with registration, forms, and determination of permit type(s). Processes commercial and residential permit actions to create, close, void or change. Directs people to appropriate entities if needed for additional assistance. Explains policies and procedures. Researches information and provides follow-up as applicable.</li><li>
Assists in scheduling inspections in the land management system (EnerGov).</li><li>
Processes resubmissions, rejections, and revisions, to include time-stamping pages and annotating in land management system (EnerGov).</li><li>
Processes payments for escrow and permit fees.</li><li>
Reviews and verifies accuracy and completeness of all data and information received. Researches and provides verification on information requests.</li><li>
Processes data and information received into a variety of formats specific to department or government agency requirements including database updates, reports, complaint cards, cash summaries, purchase orders, billing statements, forms, digital media, scanned images and applications.</li><li>
Operates computer applications in transferring, tracking, transcribing and composing various documentation including division correspondence, memoranda, reports, spreadsheets, department logs and records.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p>
