<div><p>We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing Assistant &amp; Social Media Content Creator. This role will focus on creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including photography and videography, to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement.<br>

Position is part-time (10-29) hours per week, with flexibility based on content needs. Remote and on-site work as required for content creation.</p></div>
<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Duties</b></h2></div>
<div><p>Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).<br>
<br>
Create high-quality photography and videography content to showcase parks and recreation programs, services, events, and community culture.<br>
<br>
Edit photos and videos for social media, ensuring alignment with brand identity and current trends.<br>
<br>
Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools.<br>
<br>
Monitor engagement for Marketing Manager to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.<br>
<br>
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content strategies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.<br>
<br>
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and campaigns.<br>
<br>
Assist in influencer outreach and partnership development.<br>
<br>
Track and report on social media analytics and performance metrics to refine content strategies.</p></div>
<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></h2></div>
<div><p><b>Education and Experience:</b><br>
<br>
High School Graduate preferably enrolled in minimum University level studies.<br>
<br>
<b>Licenses and Certifications:</b><br>
<br>

<b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b><br>
<br>
Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, and videography.<br>
<br>
Proficiency in content editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.<br>
<br>
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.<br>
<br>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>
<br>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.<br>
<br>
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.<br>
<br>
Experience in marketing, digital media, or a related field is a plus.<br>
<br>
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the minimum level of qualifications stated above.</p></div>
