Schedule v<i>aries week to week; schedule is created a week in advance; could be a mix of shifts and need to be open to all possibilities.</i></p>

The License Office is open M/T/Th/F 8am-5pm, W 8am-7pm, and Saturdays 8am-12pm.</i></p><br>

Looking for friendly people who are able to work 20-25 hours (part time), including Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.</p><br>

<p><b>
Position Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check (including fingerprints)</li>
<li>Must be current on all Personal Property and Income Taxes</li>
<li>Must be able to prove legal registration for all owned vehicles (yourself and spouse if applicable)</li>
<li>Must have a valid Missouri Driver&rsquo;s License or I.D. and be a Missouri resident</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Job Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Receives license applications, verifies information and issues license plates, driver license and stickers. Collects expired plates, licenses and stickers.</li>
<li>Receives and records license fees, makes change, completes and files cash report.</li>
<li>Assists customers in completing applications, informs customers regarding needed documentation and signatures.</li>
<li>Takes pictures of applicants and laminates licenses.</li>
<li>Runs daily activity report from computer records.</li>
<li>Sorts application paperwork and files papers.</li>
<li>Answers telephone, routes calls and takes and relays messages.</li>
<li>Completes deposit forms.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><br>

Minimum Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent with six months to one year of customer service experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Requires the ability to process, calculate, compute, summate, and/or tabulate data and/or information. Includes the ability to perform subsequent action in relation to these computational operations.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to utilize a variety of advisory data and information such as application forms, ownership titles, proof of insurance, personal identification documents, cash register tapes, statutes, procedures, guidelines and correspondence.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers and department personnel.</li></ul><br>
