Position Summary:<br>
The Senior Project Analyst leads the development of analytical tools and reports as well as supports project management of complex initiatives for the department. This position develops, coordinates, and assists with the implementation of initiatives and projects for the department. The Senior Project Analyst will collect resource requirements, establish project plans, develop, and maintain project status dashboards/scorecards for the execution, control and completion of specific projects. This role will ensure consistency with the department&rsquo;s growth strategy, commitments and goals.</p><p><b>
As a successful candidate, you will:</b></p><ul><li><p>
In support of the department&rsquo;s expansion, perform data analysis integrating health care utilization and financial data from a variety of internal and external sources, adhering to applicable HIPAA policies.</p></li><li>
Facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders, prepare meeting materials, record and track action items.</li><li>
Produce analysis and presentation materials to support strategic decisions and priorities.</li><li>
Develop and distribute status reports and performance dashboards for assigned projects.</li><li>
Provides data driven solutions that promote continuous improvement</li><li>
Source and assemble market research and conduct SWOT and other analysis that includes economic, technology and regulatory factors.</li><li>
Support development and maintenance of project plan, risk and decision logs, communication plan, and other project management tools.</li><li>
Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul></div><div><p><b><br>
Your qualifications should include:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, data analytics or related discipline</li><li>

Senior Project Analyst

We&rsquo;re in search of a Research Support Technician - Animal Care to join our Animal Care Program team.</p><p>
Under the direction of the Animal Care Supervisor, the Research Support Technician, Animal Care is responsible for the husbandry care of laboratory animals, including monitoring and reporting animal health status, providing feed and water, changing cages, environmental monitoring, documenting animal room activities, and sanitizing assigned animal holding rooms and support areas.</p><p><b>
As a successful candidate, you will:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Observe and report any sick, injured, or distressed animals to the Animal Health Technician or Clinical Veterinarian.</p></li><li><p>
Change cages at scheduled intervals or as needed, and ensure animals always have adequate food and water.</p></li><li><p>
Document daily husbandry activities using a computerized database system.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor and report environmental conditions in animal holding rooms, including any non-compliant parameters or equipment issues.</p></li><li><p>
Clean and sanitize animal holding rooms and support areas to maintain a hygienic environment.</p></li><li><p>
Perform weekly animal census accurately and resolve discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>

Inventory Management: Maintain medical stock inventory, communicate supply shortages to Clinical leadership, and replenish supplies as needed. Keep exam rooms clean and organized.</li><li>
Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, such as pre-certifying surgical procedures, scheduling tests and off-site procedures, and transmitting patient education materials.</li><li>
Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including disinfectant/sterilization procedures and the safe handling of instruments and equipment. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.</li><li>
Training: Attend annual CPR, OSHA, and CLIA training programs as applicable. Stay updated on industry best practices.</li><li>
Telehealth Support: Assist with telehealth visits, including chart preparation, patient contact, virtual rooming, and charge reconciliation.</li></ul></div><div><p><b>
