<li>
Work with stakeholders across Council to turn complex data into insights that support key decisions.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain interactive dashboards with a focus on developing modern self-service solutions for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead analytical projects that improve planning, forecasting, and operational performance.</li>
<li>Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data governance, infrastructure, and quality.</li>

<li>
Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or related field, with proven experience as a data or business analyst, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Tangible experience in maturing organisations data capability from infrastructure through to user self-service adoption.</li>
<li>Confident using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel to analyse and visualise data.</li>
<li>Clear communicator with the ability to build great relationships and translate insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>You&rsquo;re curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement and data integrity.</li>

This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. You will be based in Napier CBD.
</p><p>The annual salary package for this role is between $91,400-$107,500 (including KiwiSaver), with the final offer depending on your skills and experience.
