Assists with repairs, maintenance, and improvements to the drainage system by operating small equipment and power tools, repairing pipes, catch basins, manholes, open channels, creeks, ditches, and ponds.</li><li>
Constructs and maintains streets by cleaning, operating small equipment and power tools, applying sealing materials, rebuilding shoulders, applying surfaces, reconditioning base and sub-grade materials, replacing deteriorated curbs and gutters, replacing surface and base materials, and repairing surfaces otherwise damaged.</li><li>
Performs manual labor in support of construction, maintenance, and repair projects; digs ditches, trenches, and holes manually or utilizing power equipment; shovels, rakes, spreads, compacts, and levels dirt, rock, asphalt, cement, and other materials; retrieves supplies, materials, tools, equipment and other items and runs various errands as needed; collects, transports, and loads and unloads materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to and from the worksite.</li><li>
Follows established safety procedures; utilizes safety equipment and wearing protective gear; monitors traffic conditions surrounding trucks and equipment to identify obstructions, pedestrians, or unsafe traffic conditions; flags and directs traffic and places markers, signs and cones around project and work site to ensure safety of crew and the traveling public; and<br>
 reports incidents, accidents, problems, or unusual situations.</li><li>
Provides operational support by assisting with storm preparation and clean up, building and setting up street barricades for special events, and performing other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p></p>

Serves as primary strategist and content manager for the city&rsquo;s website. Maintains and continuously improves the city website in accordance with communications goals, accessibility standards, visual standards, and customer service priorities. Supports and guides approximately 25 content managers across all city departments by providing training, direction, governance, and platform standards. Identifies and evaluates opportunities for website improvements and leads major platform enhancements, upgrades, and long-term digital improvements on an ongoing basis.</p><ul><li><p>
Oversees website governance, accuracy, user experience, search optimization (SEO), content structure, and service delivery to ensure residents can easily access information and city services.</p></li><li><p>
Leads compliance with digital accessibility standards across platforms and supports organization-wide accessibility best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Manages vendor relationships, platform contracts, and external partners related to website services and digital communication systems.</p></li><li><p>
