This position requires traveling to Camden County, Burlington County, Gloucester County and potentially surrounding counties in New Jersey.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Researching Public Records</li><li>Analyze property records</li><li>Summarize Deeds, Mortgages, Judgment and Liens</li><li>Organize, Compile and Abstract Research Results</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Real estate experience preferred, not required</li><li>Must be detail-minded and task oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Responsible and timely</li><li>Clear and confident communication skills via phone and email.</li><li>Proficient in logic-based problem-solving.</li><li>Flexible and quick to adapt to change.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer programs.</li><li>Dependable means of transportation and comfortable with extended periods of driving</li><li>Proximity to a NJ County Courthouse is a bonus</li><li>Passion for reading is essential.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $34,320.00 - $43,890.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
