<div>Key Responsibilities

Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
<ul><li> Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including posting roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires experience a smooth transition into the organization.</li></ul>

Learning &amp; Development
<ul><li> Assess training and professional development needs across the organization.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Design, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development programs that build skills and advance career growth.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support managers and employees in identifying opportunities for continuous learning.</li></ul>

Performance Management
<ul><li> Coordinate the organization&rsquo;s performance management cycle, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Train and support managers in providing effective coaching, recognition, and development feedback.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Track performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul>

HR Reporting &amp; Compliance
<ul><li> Generate regular HR reports and dashboards (e.g., recruitment metrics, turnover, engagement survey results, training completion).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and best practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.</li></ul>

Employee Data Maintenance
<ul><li> Process and document employee lifecycle changes, including raises, promotions, and transfers.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage updates to employee information, such as changes of address, emergency contacts, or employment status.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities across systems to ensure timely activation or deactivation of access and benefits.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (e.g., UKG Ready) and other internal systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Partner with payroll, IT, and operations teams to ensure changes are reflected consistently across all platforms.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Regularly audit employee data for accuracy and compliance.</li></ul>

Employee Engagement
<ul><li> Partner with leadership to develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and retention.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Coordinate employee feedback processes, including engagement surveys and focus groups.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support recognition programs and culture-building activities.</li></ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li> 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with emphasis on recruitment, learning and development, and performance management.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to generate and interpret HR reports and metrics.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultures.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience with UKG Ready</li></ul>

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services, this position is responsible for leading recruitment, strengthening learning and development initiatives, supporting performance management processes, generating HR-related reports, and driving employee engagement efforts. The Manager, Human Resources will partner with leadership to ensure alignment between people&rsquo;s practices and organizational goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</div>
