<ul><li>Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to understand project scope.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated material prices and lead times.</li><li>Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns for tender submissions.</li><li>Conduct site visits when required to assess work conditions and provide accurate cost assessments.</li><li>Evaluate variations, change orders, and provide updated cost estimates.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams during tendering and project execution.</li><li>Ensure that estimates comply with company standards, project requirements, and client expectations.</li><li>Maintain pricing databases and vendor lists for joinery and fit-out materials.</li><li>Assist in value engineering proposals to optimize project cost without compromising quality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsExperience:<ul><li>estimator: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
