In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to resource for our volunteer members, ensuring seamless membership onboarding and providing exceptional customer support.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll manage team workload, monitor performance, and keep productivity standards on track, all while maintaining accurate documentation and problem resolution. Salary Range</b></div><div><b>
</b>$54,800 &ndash; $58,800 (annually), based on experience and qualifications.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Guide and support a dedicated team of two-member service representatives, managing workload and performance.</li><li>
Oversee membership applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Resolve complex membership issues and maintain compliance with organizational policies.</li><li>
Collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service to our volunteer members.</li></ul><p><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><div><b>
</b><b>Education &amp; Experience:
</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 5+ years of administrative/customer service experience (including 2 years in a supervisory role), OR High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of administrative/customer service experience (including 2 years in a supervisory role).</li><li>
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Access, Teams, Word, Excel).</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
