What You'll Do:</b><br>
<ul><li><b>Lead Training &amp; Development:</b> Deliver comprehensive, engaging training sessions for</li></ul>
all warehouse staff, covering everything from foundational skills to advanced<br>
procedures. You'll use both classroom instruction and hands-on, one-on-one coaching.</div><div><br>
<ul><li><b>Mentor &amp; Coach:</b> Play a key role in mentoring our Warehouse Leads and Senior Forklift</li></ul>
Operators, helping to foster their career progression by assigning learning plans,<br>
tracking development, and recommending them for advancement.</div><div><br>
<ul><li><b>Manage the Process: </b>Coordinate and manage training schedules, skills assessments,</li></ul>
and job shadowing for all new hires and existing staff. You'll maintain accurate records<br>
that are easily accessible for audits and reviews.</div><div><br>
<ul><li><b>Drive Safety &amp; Excellence:</b> Collaborate with leadership and HR to identify training</li></ul>
needs and develop site-specific materials. You'll support safety and compliance<br>
initiatives by delivering relevant training and ensuring adherence to all regulatory<br>
requirements.</div><div><br>
<ul><li><b> Build Relationships: </b>Foster a positive employee relations culture and work with other</li></ul>
teams to maintain a high-performance environment.</div><div>
</div><ul><li><b>Travel as Needed: </b>Be prepared to travel up to 10% of the time to other CJ facilities to</li></ul>
support training needs.<div><br>
<b>
What You'll Bring:</b><br>
<ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent GED with relevant experience.</li><li>A current forklift certification with full proficiency in operating both stand-up and sit-</li></ul>
 down forklifts.<br>
<ul><li>At least 3 years of training experience in a warehouse or similar environment.</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of hands-on forklift experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a strong understanding</li></ul>
 of warehouse best practices.<br>
<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor, coach,</li></ul>
 and lead others.<br>
<ul><li>A collaborative spirit and a customer-service-oriented mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>The physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and</li></ul>
 work in a variety of warehouse conditions.<br>
<ul><li>Prior experience with Blue Yonder, RedPrairie, or K&ouml;rber is a plus.</li></ul></div><div><br>

CJ Logistics America is seeking a <b>C</b><b>ustomer Service Manager</b> at its West Jefferson, OH location. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for interfacing with the customer to align customer needs and expectations with operational performance across a network of CJ Logistics Centers. The Customer Service Manager will manage customer operations representatives and will spend most of the time working with the Logistics Center operations teams to deliver on customer requirements.<br>

<b>Position Overview</b></p><div>
The Customer Service Manager will collaborate with the operations, inventory and quality teams to ensure all inventory and quality management issues are identified and resolved appropriately. The Customer Service Manager will also provide supervision for the Customer Service Specialists.</div><div></div><p><b>
Position Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Provide data and reporting to the customer, including regular KPI reporting and commentary</li><li>
Produce and deliver reporting using standard CJ tools in the areas of carrier performance, inbound load quality, consignee performance and volume spike impact (space, profile effects, balancing)</li><li>
Follow up on late orders, product availability, carrier rescheduling</li><li>
Address customer requirements shortcomings &ndash; quality concerns, volume spikes, etc.</li><li>
Handle all customer requests for exception management with Operations</li><li>
Review forecast data provided by the customer with Operations Optimization</li><li>
Develop the production schedule</li><li>
Evaluate demand against open orders</li><li>
Collaborate with the customer on builds</li><li>
Review labor planning with Workforce Management; analyze underperforming or inefficient builds</li><li>
