We&rsquo;re looking for a Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on, analytical role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys balancing technical precision with creative strategy.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, NextDoor, TikTok, Amazon DSP, and more.</li>
<li>Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and report actionable insights to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Own conversion tracking and attribution, ensuring accurate data across channels.</li>
<li>Lead CRO efforts: test landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.</li>
<li>Collaborate with creative, development, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.</li>
<li>Maintain budgets and build advanced dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and other tools.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul><li>3+ years managing paid media campaigns with strong ROI.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of tracking, attribution, and multi-channel optimization.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and WordPress or similar CMS.</li>
<li>Understanding of data integrations (APIs, Zapier), UTM tagging, and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics).</li>
<li>Familiarity with offline conversion tracking, implementation and monitoring.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with platforms like Meta, Bing, TikTok, and offline conversions.</li>
