Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for clinic services and products.</li><li>Generate new business via walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and corporate tie-ups.</li><li>Convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into treatments.</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell skin, hair, and wellness treatments to maximize revenue.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and suggest growth strategies.</li></ul>2. Client Consultation &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Conduct professional skin and hair assessments.</li><li>Understand client needs, concerns, and expectations to recommend the best treatments.</li><li>Clearly explain treatment plans, packages, pricing, and care protocols.</li><li>Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.</li><li>Handle objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism.</li></ul>3. Core Medical &amp; Clinical Expertise<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic medicine.</li><li>Skilled in skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and corrective procedures.</li><li>Diagnose cosmetic skin, hair, and body concerns accurately.</li><li>Proficient in Botox, Fillers, PRP, Mesotherapy, Lasers, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, HIFU, etc.</li><li>Strong understanding of facial anatomy for safe and precise treatments.</li></ul>4. Patient-Centric Care<ul><li>Conduct detailed consultations and create personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Provide pre-procedure counseling and post-treatment care guidance.</li><li>Build trust through empathy, patience, and transparent communication.</li><li>Manage expectations and resolve concerns professionally.</li></ul>5.
